Return Policy
The owner of the webshop kukirinscooters.eu (hereinafter the “Webshop”, e-mail: info@kukirinscooters.eu) is committed to providing clear information regarding the Buyer’s rights of withdrawal, return procedures, and handling of non-conforming or defective products, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.
This Return Policy applies to all purchases made from the Webshop and forms part of the Webshop’s Terms of Use. In matters not regulated by this Policy, the Terms of Use and applicable Estonian and European Union legislation shall apply.
The Webshop reserves the right to amend this Return Policy. Any changes will be published on the website and will apply only to orders placed after the amended policy enters into force.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-day return period)
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a sales contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
Conditions for withdrawal:
Misuse or Abnormal Use: Use that exceeds the inspection rights allowed under EU law, such as using the product in a manner that causes damage, wear, or alteration beyond normal inspection.
Consequential Damage: Deterioration, scratches, deformation, or other reduction in value resulting from misuse or abnormal use.
If returned goods show signs of misuse, abnormal use, or consequential damage, the Buyer may be liable for:
Reduction in refund value corresponding to the decrease in value.

Exclusions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by legal persons (businesses).
Procedure for withdrawal:
Submit a declaration of withdrawal by email to info@kukirinscooters.eu within 14 days of receipt.
Include in the declaration:
Reason for return
Buyer’s full name
Product name/order reference
The Webshop will confirm receipt of the withdrawal declaration by email.
Return shipping:
Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning goods in cases of normal withdrawal.
If goods are defective or do not conform to the contract, the Webshop may require reimbursement for damages caused by misuse, abnormal use, or consequential damage, as defined below.
2. Misuse, Abnormal Use, and Consequential Damage
For the purposes of this Policy:
Misuse refers to use that exceeds the inspection rights allowed under EU law, such as using the product in a manner that causes damage, wear, or alteration of the product beyond normal inspection.
Abnormal or negligent use refers to actions that are not consistent with the product’s intended use.
Consequential damage includes deterioration, scratches, deformation, or other value loss resulting from misuse or abnormal use.
If returned goods show signs of misuse, abnormal use, or consequential damage, the Buyer may be liable for the reduction in value or costs associated with repairing the damage.
3. Returns for Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
The Buyer has the right to request a refund, repair, or replacement if the goods are defective or do not conform to the contract.
Defective goods are defined as:
Products that are faulty due to manufacturing defects
Products that do not function as described or fail to meet reasonable expectations
Procedure:
Notify the Webshop via info@kukirinscooters.eu with a description of the defect.
Return the goods following the instructions provided by the Webshop.
Liability:
The Webshop is responsible for defective goods and non-conforming products except where the defect is caused by misuse, abnormal use, or consequential damage as defined above.
For defects caused by misuse or abnormal use, the Buyer may be required to cover costs associated with the damage, including reduced refund value.
4. Refunds
Refunds for returned goods will be issued to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 calendar days of the Webshop receiving the goods and confirming their condition.
Refunds will be deducted by any reduction in value caused by misuse or consequential damage.
Shipping costs for normal returns are borne by the Buyer.
5. Product Storage and Handling after Repairs
Products returned from repair must be collected by the Buyer within 3 months after the Webshop notifies them of the repair completion.
If uncollected, the Webshop reserves the right to dispose of the product.
6. Warranty and Legal Rights
In addition to the rights in this Policy, Buyers retain all rights granted under manufacturer warranties and applicable EU or Estonian consumer protection law.
Nothing in this Policy limits, excludes, or restricts statutory rights.
